Yes!!! How do I remove the "you are a fool" virus from Windows 7?

First, I was also confused about what is this virus but later after that I found that something related to that I've already posted on my blog then after a long I decided to answer this.

I answered and very soon I got mail that I've violated the Quora policy and they were going to remove my answer.
